BRAND-fi Connect - Customer connects to the Free Wi-Fi connection using their favorite social media account, email or phone number. Once a venue gets permission to use it by users terms of service acceptance, we make use of the same data to create powerful analytics and we can push various data to your CRM/erp A user can request for data to be removed through established mechanisms. We also use the data generated for day to day service management for instance bandwidth management, enforcing fair use policies among others.

Yes we do. We provide a set of default filters that can be further customised. We use dns filtering servers from Cisco and depending on your use case we also have several other filtering mechanisms.
Every DNS request and RADIUS accounting is used for tracking. This is logged against the external IP of the ISP connection which gives us hte venue statistics along with the date/time of the request, whether the request was accepted or blocked and why it was blocked. RADIUS accounting to track individual MAC addresses of devices, the AP Mac address, when they logged in, how long they remained online for, and how much data was downloaded and uploaded. This is then shown on the portal for each user/mac,AP,venue. Most of this features will be available mid-2019
It depends. For most public use cases, its best to work through our partners as we are negotiating for better pricing and flexible upgrade proceses. It is important to have the correct amount of bandwidth for optimum service. General capacity in the region is sold from 5Mbps - okay for a small number of users and use cases. Otherwise, connection speeds and user experience may inadequate.
